
How do I return an item?
We would like our customers to be happy with their purchases. However,
if you feel you received something terribly wrong, please contact us
within 3 days of receipt of item.
++Within 3 days upon receive your order. If you are not satisfied with
the product, you may contact us for a full refund. Refunds will be
issued only for the price of the item. Shipping cost will not be
refunded.
++Please return item via registered mail. We will issue your refund as
soon as we receive the item in original condition. It must not be used,
washed, or otherwise spoiled.
++Buyer must bear the return shipping costs.
++Buyer must bear the return and forwarding shipping costs if the parcel is not delivered due to wrong address.
++Before returning, please contact us for the return address, shop@dfonth.com
++If the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address, we can't issue refund or exchange.
++Pictures / Photos are requested for damages claim.
